All artists, labels and those hired to represent them agree to waive all rights to fees and royalties derived from the broadcast and performance of material on our audio streams or by featuring this material on our web site. The waiver of fees and royalties is exchanged for the fair value provided and bestowed upon the artists, labels, distributors and copyright holders that is derived by exposure, publicity and promotional value of being featured on this site.
